Fully-Automated Measurement Mode (available for the NT-1p and NT-1) Once the patient places their chin on the chinrest, the NIDEK eye detection camera automatically identifies the eye position and initiates the measurement without the need to press any buttons. Gentle voice guidance (available in 9 languages) supports smooth and efficient operation for any operator.
Reliable pachymetry function
IOP Correction Based on Central Corneal Thickness IOP values are automatically calculated by compensating for the patient's central corneal thickness. *Available for the NT-1p. For the NT-1, the corrected IOP is displayed after manually entering the patient’s central corneal thickness.
Enhancing patient comfort
Automatic Puff Control (APC)
During subsequent measurements, the APC function utilizes previous data to apply the minimum required air pressure, enhancing patient comfort.
Gentle Nozzle Design

An ergonomically shaped hand-held controller, available in both wired and wireless versions, offers intuitive and comfortable operation. When using a tablet as a controller, screen mirroring enables remote control of any device in the NT-1 series with the same level of accuracy and user experience.
